Jin-A parents donated food for our Thanksgiving Food Drive. The food was given to St. Peter’s Haven in Clifton.
Spices from the Garden
The children helped harvest the spices in the garden: Thyme, Celery, Marjoram, Parsley, Rosemary and Mint.
We made spice packs that parents bought as a fundraiser.
One parent said just smelling the pack cleared up her sinuses.
Another parent said that they used the spice pack in a soup and it tasted delicious.

Creating a Solid Foundation For Your Child's Success
"Jin-A Child Care Center believes in serving the families in the community by offering the highest quality care and education for early childhood development. Taking the path less traveled Jin-A Child Care Center went through an extensive rigorous process to be accredited by National Association For the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). We highly value NAEYC's mission and vision to work with families and caregivers to build a high-performing environment to promote a foundation of excellence in all young children."
Home School Literacy Link
"Reading and writing are skills that play a pivotal role in formatting and shaping our everyday experiences. These skills affect everything we do and accomplish in life. Studies have shown that children with a strong literacy foundation become lifelong learners, perform better in schools, develop a strong sense of self and well-being and are more likely to succeed. Researchers are finding that the groundwork for literacy begins as early as day one–from birth."

Class on Social and Emotional Learning for Young Children
"Jin-A realizes the importance of being a strong supportive community for families, amidst all the chaotic demands of modern society.
We truly believe it takes a village to raise a child. Our program supports families with a monthly education class on early childhood development and learning. Conveniently, during these parent sessions, child care is provided as well as refreshments!"
