Thank you, JPA, for this beautiful bench. It’s had lots of use by teachers and students alike. Teachers use it during their break time as a quiet space in the fresh, natural air. Toddlers use it as a place to rest and regroup on their way down to the classroom from the playground.

The plaque on the bench says, “Never be in a hurry; do everything quietly and in a calm spirit.” Sid Ejaz-Browne, JPA President and mother to 2 Jin-A students explained, “For the 2024-2025 school year the JPA wanted to gift the school something that offers a place to rest, reflect, and remember—a bench that will hold the memories of seasons past and create new ones for all the seasons to come.”
